The Board of Growth Capital Group Limited provides the following information to shareholders, together with the other investors and interested parties. 

 

Growth Capital Group has continued to progress multiple potential transactions during the course of calendar year 2025 and into calendar year 2026. 

 

One transaction is now in the final stage of closing, pending the completion timeframe under an agreement dated & signed in June 2026 for completion in July 2026. 

 

This transaction will provide for Growth Capital Group to acquire up to 100% of the operating business; albeit this single transaction will not enable an ASX listing at this stage. 

 

A similar styled agreement with a separate party is now in preliminary discussion stage, which if successful, in conjunction with the aforementioned transaction, should provide for Growth Capital Group to again formally contemplate a listing on the ASX; subject to the regulatory components, including ASX listing requirements. 

 

We are actively working towards being in the position to provide a meaningful company update to shareholders in July 2026.
